Freedom TRIals Triathalon
Saturday, June 26th | 7 AM
Held at the Artesia Aquatic Center, the Sprint Triathlon will include a 500 meter swim, a 6.2 mile bike, and 1.6 mile run. Solo athletes, teams, and kids are all invited to participate.
Patriotic Film Fest
Thursday, July 1st - Sunday, July 4th
Held daily at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. More information coming soon.
Firecracker Golf Scramble
Saturday, July 3rd | 7 AM
Play golf and help fund Artesia's fireworks show. Gather a team of four and sign up today for a great time on the green. Don't forget to come out to fireworks on Sunday to see what your registration fees funded!

Star Spangled Dash
Sunday, July 4th | 7 AM
Join the fun at a red, white, and blue color run. Held at Jaycee Park in Artesia, there will be a 5K and a 10K run. Registration groups include adults, kids and teens between 6 and 17, and children under 5. The proceeds will benefit Changing Lives Coalition, Inc., a local non-profit specializing in youth outreach.

It's not Independence Day without a downtown cruise. The route will begin at the Bulldog Bowl parking lot and travel east down W Mahone Dr., then west down W J J Clarke Dr.. Participants are encouraged to meet at the Bulldog Bowl at 3 PM. The cruise will start at 4 PM.
Patriotic Family Paint Class

Sign up for a 12x12 canvas tie dye project, held at Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. This one hour, beginner-friendly paint class will leave you with new skills and a patriotic piece of art!

Artesia's annual fireworks show is a local favorite and huge hit for all ages. Celebrate the Fourth and come out to Jaycee Park at sundown to enjoy the show. We recommend parking in the south lot adjacent to the park and walking to your spots to enjoy the show. Donations welcome! Every dollar goes to making this year's fireworks better than ever.
