The Adobe Rose is surrounded by lush, green gardens and walkways covering more than 5,000 square feet – it is an oasis nestled amid the beautiful deserts of Southeastern New Mexico.

Located one hour north of Carlsbad Caverns and the same distance south of the Roswell UFO Museum, the Adobe Rose is a popular location with tourists. It was previously operated as a Bed and Breakfast. When purchased in 2012, the former living quarters were converted into the Adobe Rose Restaurant. It offers fine dining and was features fare from the 2014 New Mexico Chef of the Year, Chloe Winters.
